Toughened pre-coating

- Enhance the visual effect: high transparency can make the surface of printed materials or images smoother and brighter, enhance the gloss and three-dimensional sense, the color of the graphic is more vivid, and the texture is significantly improved.

- Environmental protection and safety: no need to use solvent glue, no formaldehyde and other pollutants released during the production process, reducing the health hazards to the operator, but also in line with environmental requirements.

- Convenient and efficient operation: no need for on-site gluing, directly through the hot or cold press to complete the lamination, simplify the process, save time, and the quality of the finished product is stable, not easy to blistering, wrinkles, delamination and other issues.

- Wide adaptability: according to different substrates and adhesive layer types, it can be divided into a variety of models (such as BOPP, BOPET substrates, hot-melt, pressure-sensitive adhesive layer), which can meet the functional requirements of advertising, packaging, digital imaging, decorative and other multi-scenarios (e.g., UV protection, anti-static, high-barrier, etc.).

Application fields

 - Advertising: used for outdoor posters, advertising light box pieces, etc., can be waterproof, sunscreen, scratch-resistant, prolong the service life.

- Printing and packaging: such as the cover of books and magazines, high-grade gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, pill boxes, etc., to enhance the texture and grade of printed materials, play a protective and beautifying role.

- Digital imaging: photos, albums, crystal paintings, frameless paintings, etc., can make the picture clearer and brighter, and has the performance of waterproof and dustproof.

- Decoration: It is used for panel finishing film to provide beautiful, wear-resistant and scratch-resistant surface decoration for furniture and cabinets.

- Divided by substrate thickness

- Common thickness range: 20μm - 100μm (micron), e.g. 25μm, 30μm, 35μm, 50μm, etc.

- Thin (20-35μm): Suitable for prints with high gloss requirements (e.g. magazine covers), with a light feel.

- Thick type (50-100μm): more protective, mostly used in scenes requiring abrasion and folding resistance (e.g. gift boxes, outdoor advertisements).

- Divided by width and length

- Width: Conventional specifications are 320mm, 460mm, 610mm, 914mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, etc. Wider widths (e.g. 1600mm) can be customized according to the printing equipment or demand.

- Length: The length of each roll is usually 50m, 100m, 200m, 500m, and some industrial grade products can reach 1000m or more.
