Toughened pre-coated film

- Stable and durable performance: folding resistance, high tensile strength, not easy to bend or pull due to external forces and damage; chemical corrosion resistance, can resist common stains, liquid erosion, long-term use can still maintain a good state.

 Common specifications

 1. Base material

- PET (polyethylene terephthalate): high transparency, strong toughness, thickness is usually between 0.05mm - 0.3mm, width can be customized (e.g., 300mm - 1500mm), suitable for high-end electronic product screens, optical lenses, and other scenarios that require high transparency.

- BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene): higher hardness, lower cost, thickness of 0.02mm - 0.15mm, width is common 500mm - 1200mm, mostly used for packaging printing, general sheet laminating.

- Other materials: such as PE (polyethylene), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), etc., according to the special needs of customized, for waterproof, low temperature resistance and other scenes.

2. Thickness specification

- Ultra-thin: 0.02mm - 0.05mm, suitable for lightweight packaging, printing surface varnish lamination, without affecting the texture of the original.

- Regular type: 0.05mm - 0.15mm, the most widely used, such as cell phone screen protector, general glass protection, packaging box lamination.

- Thickened type: 0.15mm - 0.3mm, stronger impact resistance, used for automobile glass, large plates, industrial equipment surface protection.

3. Width and length

- The width can be customized according to the production equipment, commonly 300mm - 2000mm (such as printing and packaging film is mostly 1000mm - 1500mm, electronic product protection film is mostly 300mm - 600mm); the length is usually in rolls, which can be cut according to the demand (e.g. 50m/roll, 100m/roll, etc.).
